Processing - Orders are routinely processed within five business days; however, high order volumn may require an additional two business days processing time.
Shipping – Orders are shipped within 24 hours of completed processing. We ship via FedEx Ground to Continental USA street addresses. Delivery may take up to five business days depending on your location. Please call us if you desire a faster shipping service, delivery to a post office box, or delivery outside the Continental USA.
Refunds – No refunds. We issue store credit only.
Returns – Store credit, less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, will be issued for approved returns initiated within 48 hours of receipt. All documentation packed in your shipment from us must be included in your return shipment to us. Please call us at 800-695-5337 to initiate your return request.
All orders are shipped fully insured. If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not return it to us. As the addressee/recipient of the order, YOU MUST CALL FEDEX AT 800-463-3339 ON DAY OF RECEIPT to initiate a claim. Please call us at 800-695-5337 and we will assist you with your claim. All merchandise, original shipping container, and packaging materials must be retained/secured for FedEx inspection.
Cancellations – Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of checkout. Please send email via the “Contact Us” form on the web site if you decide to cancel.
